Graphic Design for Hawthorne Library

Help needed to create some small posters and half-sheet flyers to advertise a few series happening at the Hawthorne Library this summer. We’d like something cheerful and colorful that will catch the attention of parents/families/kids. The three series that we’d like to highlight are: “Hawthorne Library’s Summer Saturdays,” “Wednesdays at 1:30,” and “Harry Potter Workshops”. We don’t have funds to pay for this but are hoping there might still be some interested designers. The signs get posted at the Madison Public Library and other neighborhood locations.

Wisconsin Women in Government Website

Wisconsin Women in Government was founded in 1987 to celebrate and support the talented women who choose a career in government service. Each year, WWIG awards scholarships to women pursuing undergraduate and post-graduate study at any Wisconsin institution of higher education. Scholarships are also provided for young women to attend Badger Girls State and to the student elected Governor. Since we are a non-profit run by a totally volunteer board of directors, we are requesting the website be designed without payment. Our deadline for a new website is flexible, and is up for discussion, based on the designer’s availability. Our current website, http://www.wiscwomeningovernment.org/, needs an upgrade. Our new website needs are outlined in the attached document. These needs would be up for discussion with the designer.
